From Nov 19th to 22nd, Profs Wang Shuren, Zou Zhengsheng and A/Prof Wang Yunfei et al. attended the 15th China Rock Mechanics and Engineering Conference in Beijing.
   At the meeting, the postgraduate students Tian Jing made a special report entitled “New Stability Analysis Method of 3-D Slope and Its Engineering Application”, Shi Kunpeng made a speech entitled “The middle pillar stability analysis of ultra-small-space tunnels”. They made the full academic discussions and exchanges with participants and achieved good results. Our team participating in this conference effectively strengthened the exchanges and cooperation between the domestic and foreign scholars, and which played a positive role in strengthening the key discipline of civil engineering in Henan Polytechnic University.
